Analysis:

The opening shots subvert the conventions of a teaser as it hints to a more crime mystery drama as it is like a documentary shown through use of CCTV footage. The news reporter's voice also helps to indicate the implied seriousness of the film. The distortion is also a signifier of thriller or crime mystery. The juxtaposition this shot with the brighter coloured and brighter lighting of the 2 characters shows a clear change on genre. The suspenseful music that builds to the point where the gunshot noise is heard, and the sudden stopping of this sound, enhances the comedy and infers the change in genre.

It is def looking better and you’ve taken on board you’re feedback so well done. Now let’s sort the sound. Still consider a more emotional re-record, and chop/layer the sound. As you’re using copyright free music, keep trawling and see if there’s anything else there.  From Miss Page, also consider whether you have a colour palette and how you can emphasise this. Especially if it is an art related trailer!
